What is Viking Ninja/TacFit Training?
Many of the most successful athletes across the world train with Viking Ninja: think Cody Garbrandt, Donald Cerrone, and Carlos Condit of the UFC, or Earl Thomas of the Seattle Seahawks. Viking Ninja (VKNJA) utilizes Bodyweight and Steel Mace training that will benefit you everywhere from the mat to wherever life takes you. TacFit (named by Men’s Health as the, “Worlds Smartest Workout”) also utilizes unconventional tools and protocol to optimize the human experience. The precision selection of movements allows for maximal positive adaptions while hedging maladaptation in the athletes training. The Circular Strength Training protocol of VKNJA and TacFit follow the design blueprint of the human body. Just about every movement wether its walking, running, throwing, etc. requires rotation or the ability to resist or counter rotation. This is especially important in grappling sports. The workouts are individually focused to each wrestler’s level of readiness to maximize benefits. This allows us to focus on what the body needs not what it can do. Viking Ninja and TacFit are not just the future of personal fitness it is the cutting edge of physical training for all combat sports.
